Aaron Le Boutillier – ASIS International

Aaron is the current Regional Vice President for ASIS International Region 13B and was also on GSX23 speaker selection committee and the 23 Ethics revision committee. Outside of ASIS, he has run executive protection details for some of the world’s most prominent business leaders and conducts specific defensive tactics courses to Special Force Operators in Thailand. Aaron received his honorary wings from the Thai Special Forces (Special Operations Command, Lop Buri) in 2019 for his work as CPO to Eilon Musk in the Chiang Rai cave rescue.

An author of a best-selling book, Aaron continues to give motivational and educational talks on his many experiences ranging from being a sole survivor of the 2004 tsunami and completing the famous Marathon De Sables in 2015 and the grueling 6-day Coastal Challenge run in Costa Rica.

Aaron has completed a Masters in Criminology and Criminal Psychology, and is currently completing a Masters in Applied Neuroscience at Kings College, London, and is also a PhD student of Rangsit University, Thailand.

Dr David Sothie Naysadorai – Saito University College Malaysia

Dr David is presently a Senior Lecturer in Saito Law Enforcement and Public Sector Management (FLAME), of Saito University College Malaysia.

He graduated with Doctor of Business Administration from Asia e University with research in Policy Governance of Professionalizing the Private Security Guarding Industry in Malaysia.

With just over 10 years of Academic experience in Saito University College, a Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) TIER 1 Quality Assurance Officer, and seasoned MQA Programme Accreditation Assessor for Security and Law Enforcement programmes, he comes with previous Industrial experience with just over 20 years from the Private Security Industry.

Dr David presently lectures students undertaking the Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement (Investigation)(Hons) programme.

Dr David encourages Bachelors, Masters and PhD students to cross-discipline their areas of research in Social Science, bringing new knowledge to the forefront of Industry, Government, Regional and the Academic World, without compromise on quality.

Madu Lokan – TAPA APAC

Mr. Madu Lokan, a seasoned executive in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry, is a strong advocate of providing efficient service and value to the logistics and supply chain community.

Currently serving as the Executive Director of TAPA APAC since 2021, Madu Lokan is also part of TAPA’s World Wide Council as well as World-Wide Change Control Board for TAPA Standards. Madu leads the team in enhancing Membership engagement, Training services and Audit & Certification programs by utilizing best practices and relevant technology products/services.

Mdm Saliza Abdulllah – Persatuan Industri Keselamatan Malaysia (PIKM)

Saliza Abdullah is the Managing Director and an accomplished second-generation entrepreneur of BG Capital Holdings Group of Companies (BGCH), a 100% women-owned, integrated one-stop security and safety solutions provider advocating sustainability and impact.

With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Saliza has transformed her family business from a single company into a group of companies, celebrating their 30th anniversary on 24 January 2022. Saliza is also Founder of BGCH For The Community and author of an entrepreneurship book “Growing A Sustainable Family Business. Our First 30 Years. Values & Strategies for Entrepreneurs & SMEs.”

Saliza is currently serving as Vice President of The Malaysia Security Industry Association, known by its Malay acronym PIKM (Persatuan Industri Keselamatan Malaysia). As a Certified Crime Prevention Specialist accredited by The Chartered International Institute of Security & Crisis Management (CIISCM), Saliza also actively organises women and community empowerment programmes in collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders.  This is made possible through BGCH For The Community’s CSR and social enterprise initiatives and three The BASE Community Event Space outlets owned by the company located in Subang Jaya, Alor Setar and Johor Bahru.

Saliza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University (USA) and Master of Business Administration from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya with industrial training at Université de la Rochelle (France).
