Mr. Tony Lugg brings decades of experience in strategic roles across global businesses, including his tenure as Director of Logistics Purchasing and Centre of Excellence for Lear Corporation Asia Pacific, a leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturer. His expertise spans Supply Chain Management, Security, Law Enforcement, General Management, Electronic Security, Aviation Security, Telematics, and Global Account Management. Tony has been actively involved in Aviation Security as a member of the Conference of Asia Pacific Express Carriers (CAPEC) Security Committee and has successfully navigated audits for the US C-TPAT Programme, AEO, and the Aviation Security Regulated Agent Programme globally. His achievements include winning the Supply Chain Security Award at the Supply Chain Asia Logistics Awards in 2009 and the Risk Management Award in 2010. Tony currently serves as Chairperson of the Transported Asset Protection Association Asia Pacific (TAPA APAC). He is also affiliated with the Supply Chain Asia, American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International), Asia Professional Security Association (APSA), and the International Aviation Security Association (IASA). Tony holds a Post Graduate Award in Management & Business Studies from the University of Warwick and has qualifications in Security Management, Aviation Security, Electronic Security, and Electrical Installation.

Mr. Alvin Lau leads the association’s efforts to address the needs of Chinese members and implement effective local initiatives as his role of Executive Director of Greater China at TAPA APAC. He spearheads the activities supporting members, raising awareness of TAPA Standards, engaging with authorities and customs for co-recognition, and expanding the membership base across China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. With a double major in Bachelor of Commerce in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, Alvin has over 20 years of experience in the Supply Chain industry. His diverse background includes roles in Aviation, Construction & Engineering, Oil & Gas, Marine, FMCG, and Life Science & Healthcare sectors, underscoring his extensive expertise in managing complex supply chain operations and fostering industry growth.

With just over 10 years of Academic experience in Saito University College, a Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA) TIER 1 Quality Assurance Officer, and seasoned MQA Programme Accreditation Assessor for Security and Law Enforcement programmes, he comes with previous Industrial experience with just over 20 years from the Private Security Industry.
Dr David presently lectures students undertaking the Bachelor of Arts in Law Enforcement (Investigation)(Hons) programme.
Dr David encourages Bachelors, Masters and PhD students to cross-discipline their areas of research in Social Science, bringing new knowledge to the forefront of Industry, Government, Regional and the Academic World, without compromise on quality.

Khaidzer Kedah is the Managing Director of Kawal Wiramas Sdn. Bhd. since 2020. He joined the company since 1990 as an ordinary officer. He was appointed as a member of the company’s Board of Directors in 1994. With over 30 years of experience, he has brought the company to a more competitive level.
Kawal Wiramas, which was established in 1981 and until now has 1500 employees with 23 branch offices throughout Malaysia which makes this company one of the top ten companies in Malaysia.
Khaidzer is one of the PIKM committee members who have been elected since 2023. Before that, he was the zone chairman for PIKM Negeri Sembilan.
In the CSR field, he is the chairman of Madrasah Tahfiz Yamin which is a private religious school that has been run together with family members. With 80 students and staff, this effort is a charitable contribution to the community.
Khaidzer is a graduate of University Technology MARA with a Diploma in Business Management. He also graduated from Bowling Green State University, Ohio with a Degree in International Business.

With more than 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, Saliza has transformed her family business from a single company into a group of companies, celebrating their 30th anniversary on 24 January 2022. Saliza is also Founder of BGCH For The Community and author of an entrepreneurship book “Growing A Sustainable Family Business. Our First 30 Years. Values & Strategies for Entrepreneurs & SMEs.”
BGCH is the first Malaysian SME to receive The UN Women Asia-Pacific Women Empowerment Principles (WEPs) Award 2020 for the category of industry and community engagement. BGCH also received “Subang Jaya Gemilang Bersama Award 2021” from The Subang Jaya City Council (MBSJ), acknowledging the company’s social contribution to the local community.
Saliza holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University (USA) and Master of Business Administration from Multimedia University, Cyberjaya with industrial training at Université de la Rochelle (France).
