The winners of the 2025 Southeast Asia Outstanding Security Performance Awards (OSPAs) were announced today at a gala dinner, at the ASIS Asia Pacific Conference, held under The Security Event Asia 2025 as part of Safety and Security Asia 2025. Sponsored by BluOcean Security, the Southeast Asia OSPAs recognise and celebrate the achievements of the most outstanding individuals and organisations in the security industry across the region.

The judging process is ethical and independent, ensuring that only the most deserving finalists were recognised for their excellence, innovation, and leadership in security management and operations.

Winners from all categories apart from Lifetime Achievement will automatically qualify for the Global OSPAs 2026, where they will represent Southeast Asia on the world stage. The recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, Leonard Ong, has been inducted into the Security Hall of Fame in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the industry.
